Last Warning!

In last warning we said all about Iran conditions and we wanted emergency activity from company and after that Mr. Richard E Zinkiewicz answered to our warning as follows: “In September 2005, GoldQuest appointed a new law firm in Tehran to be in constant contact with the Judiciary of Iran, with whom we have a solid foundation and relationship, as we actively work to sort out product importation and other issues to ensure smooth business continuation in Iran”

But finally during this week (in October 2005) the parliament of Iran approved a clear law against QI Company and against network marketing activity and all IRs are now guilty and also you know that Quest International Company’s office in Iran has been closed, all of new corresponding sites have been blocked again and judiciary of Iran announced clearly that all IRs are guilty unless they send requests to company for canceling their TC.

All above shows that the company has done nothing about its clients unless saying the familiar slogan regarding the same team- same company, and supporting the Iranian market enemies. Several guys are in prison, most of the leaders have moved out of the country, courts and complainers, news, etc. without any positive activity from the company will be the obvious seen that we have had.

And we repeat again that most of your clients in Iran are intelligent and they are not blind to these events. If QI company‘s contract with Iranian government coincide with international commercial rules and Iranian government has not been obligated to this contract, you must do something in international courts and all of us will support you.

Now, we said again that our request is clear and no returnable:

·   ·        Serious activity and final decision about Iran condition in any possible ways that QI company’s legal teams know better than us and please if you can’t solve it say us faithfully.

And we repeat again that if QI Company can’t solve above problems as soon as possible (As soon as possible means during this week, 10 Oct. to 17 Oct.) it will loose Iranian market and making more than 200,000 complainers in Iran for itself.

After all, we leave you with this warning and hope to see the better faith for both.
